Auto Quick Scrap Briquetting Press Machine Applications:
This machine is used for cold pressing the metal scraps including powdery grainy cast iron scrap, high grade ductile cast iron scrap, alloy scrap, steel scrap, aluminum scrap, copper scrap etc. to column form cake block with density ≥5.5-6.2 tons/m3 (but without any bond).the output each shift is 8-20 tons. This machine is designed with vertical structure, upper & nether beams of cast steel, auto charging, auto discharging, PLC control, indicator of order adjusting and cooling system with circling water, which can be operated by single person. The machine has been granted two national patents and been produced by only one factory in China. The factory has ISO9001:2000 Certificate.Now our products have been exported to about twenty countries, for example, Russia, Ukraine, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Iran, Pakistan and so on.
